I'm going to go for Dennis as one of my earliest bass influences. He's done some great stuff.

Love what Geezer's done on bass, but I never really listened to Alice Cooper - I know one song only - School's Out For Summer.

A lot of people were into the onstage theatrics of Alice Cooper but the truth is they were one of the best live bands musically of the 70s rock era.  The tandem of guitarists Glen Buxton and Michael Bruce are simply the best duo guitarists ever paired together (in my opinion).  Individually there are others who are better but together they were hard to beat.  And Dunaway fit right in there with them on bass.  Add this tune to your repertoire, now you know two songs.

So I think I know everything, but really only a fraction........
I think some investigating is needed with this Cooper mob.......

Dennis Dunaway, an obscenely underrated bass player amongst obscenely underrated musicians in the original Alice Cooper band.
...a vigorous circular motion hitherto unknown to the people of this area, but destined
to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

Wow, I detect some high praise for these guys........
When I was very young, this dude, well, the singer guy with the makeup, scared the sh*t out of me, I avoided him like the plague...............
Now being into sh*t ten times dodgier than him/them (in both directions ) I feel the need to check Alice out......

I'd not seen this poll before, and I'm voting for GEEZ! The guy's awesome. Listen to "N.I.B." from the very first album. And he only got better.
