Hi guys,
I play in this band and we try to offer some fresh and catchy progressive rock, with funny lyrics. We've always been fans of the "singable" part of progressive metal so we try to blend different genres which have inspired us. Edited by pier.moli - May 29 2015 at 09:35 |

I can't look into the future, and I'm not much impressed by this band either. Sorry.

The OP is offering a thinly veiled attempt at advertising his mediocre band. Actually, it's not even thinly veiled, it is obvious.

I thougth it was a free forum with smart people to talk with but maybe I'm wrong...Here in Italy prog music isn't popular so I've searched someone to exchange opinion here.

^ Promoting your band and discussing the future of prog are two different things that should be in two different threads. I highly recommend it that you don't lump them together like that, otherwise it's gonna be really easy for people to get cynical about your motives because it appears that you are trying to promote your group by sneaking a mention of it into a thread with a seemingly interesting subject matter.

I'll have a listen when I get home from work tonight.
What's wrong with seeking the opinions of people here on music you've made? If I started a prog rock band this would be the first place I'd come for opinions and advice. As for advertising a band, I'm not sure I understand what's wrong with that either. You sell products by advertising them, that includes music, and music made by all our favourite artists who we probably wouldn't have heard of most of them had it not been for some kind of self interested promotion.. |
