Solstice Coil's 3rd album Commute is out!

We are very excited to officially announce that the band’s third album ‘Commute’ has been released and is now available for streaming on purchasing on our Bandcamp page as well as on various digital distribution sites such as iTunes, Amazon etc.

In this album, the band takes a stab at the epic while mixing classic progressive rock influences with heavy metal tendencies and even some elements of electronic music.

Commute is also the first studio album to feature bassist Mihael Galperin and drummer Yakir Fitousi, who joined the band prior to its 2012 tour of India, and have helped shape the band’s current musical direction.

The album was produced and mixed by Shai Yallin and mastered by the legendary Jens Bogren (Opeth, Haken, Katatonia) at Fascination Street Studios.

Commute is released under Tomer Pink’s record label Taklit Music, which recently released Subterranean Masquerade’s highly acclaimed album ‘The Great Bazaar’. The cover illustration was created by up-and-coming artist Pavel Postovoit.
