I love the Wyatt album but I've been a Rundgren fan since I first saw the light. Personally (and I've got a couple of Brand X albums from back in the day) I don't think that belongs here. S/T was good but Utopia it is.

As it seems Wyatt will make it to Round 2 without my help, my vote goes to Weidorje. Great stuff!

Right, I listened to the four bands. These are my findings:
Weidorje: Is this Zeuhl? Until today I thought I didn't like Zeuhl, but not only did I like to listen to Magma today, but Weidorje also sounds interesting.
Unorthodox Behavior: I tried out the album before, years ago. I couldn't get into it, except for their energetic playing. But today is a different day once again. I enjoyed listening to Brand X.
Todd Rundgren: had heard and read about the guy, knew what his best albums were, but hadn't checked him out yet. Until today. Interesting, better than I thought.
But my vote goes to: Robert Wyatt. One of my favorite albums of the last five years ago. And still with each listen, I like the album better. What an album!

Brand X, Unorthodox Behaviour.

When he rides, my fears subside. For darkness turns once more to light. Through the skies, his white horse flies. To find a land beyond the night.

Todd Rungren's Utopia is one of Prog's true master works. Surprised it doesn't get more love.
