I want to suggest Wavemaker for Progressive Electronic. They were a UK electronic duo consisting of Brian Hodgson and John Lewis, which means another one of those electronic acts (like White Noise) associated with the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. Many of you already know of Hodgson's involvement (along with Delia Derbyshire) in White Noise, and both him and Lewis helped start Electrophon Studio. Wavemaker released two albums on Polydor with Where Are We Captain? (1975), and New Atlantis (1977). Music consists of synths and drums. Here are the few cuts I've found from YouTune:

This one is "Saloman's House" from New Atlantis:

This one is "Wavestar" from Where Are We Captain?

Pardon the sound quality off this one, it's a video of someone playing "Lodestar" from Where Are We Captain? off their turntable.

I am really not sure how to describe the music, it's synth dominated, with some drums, and it sounds progressive enough to probably be worthy of inclusion of ProgArchives.
