MoeTar very easily, one of the best new modern bands, I've tried to get into Riverside since NF10 but it never took.

I like Riverside, but MoeTar is one of my biggest discoveries in the modern polls.

Riverside for me. One of the better PM records out there. Real consistent.

I can see why people like Riverside but it's a tad 'eavy for me. It avoids being totally ponderous but skirts dangerously close. Moe Tar otoh are doing something a bit interesting. Doubt it would ever make it onto high rotation but there's a level of subtlety that's lacking (for me) in Riverside.

MoeTar was good if a bit cringeworthy at times. I'll go with Riverside, who have one the coolest overall sounds of any modern band. Kind of like Floyd, in that sense.

Easily Riverside.

Riverside, Anno Domini High Definition.

When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

Voted for MoeTar, one of my favourite modern bands, though it won't be enough to push them forward. Sad to see them go. Riverside are a good live band (and will be playing in the US in the fall), but I don't find their recording efforts particularly impressive.
