There are one great band from France : N_D_. This band is a solo project of Stephane Reignier who officiated in Dreamquest a French metal band. 
In my ears N_D_ is a Crossover Prog band . Keyboard is base instrument of their music and this make their music  Atmospheric.

Could I get info about what all are the artist's releases?  Is there any place to listen to more samples of the new album?

Just the two releases exist as already mentioned. You can stream the latest 'Chimère' album in full on deezer: http://www.deezer.com/album/9426260. Not much info about the project on the web - Stéphane Reignier also plays keys and sings with Dreamquest (a prog/power metal band from Rhône-Alpes, France). Olav reviewed Dreamquest's only full album so far 'The Last Angel' on RYM: http://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/dreamquest/the_last_angel/. He may know more.

Edit: Stéphane has a facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/nd.blackthoughts, but it doesn't give much away at all.

LOL! I'm active again over Christmas and the New Year, but beyond that I don't know. Ermm I try to act as a 'catalyst' in this forum as best I can, but not being able to find out what is going on with some of these suggestions to provide proper feedback is a pain in the butt, and highly frustrating to say the least. This one has one 'yes' and two 'moves' so far: http://progfreak.com/N_D_-164322.html?path=pa/recent, but without someone with an extra star or two above his or her avatar popping down into Gollum's cave and taking a look, I can't add any more.

Things look as though they have been somewhat quiet in the Crossover cave.  Rogerthat did bring then to the team's attention.

Yeah, three of them have indeed voted so far...but it thought it might be useful if we could find out where the two 'move' votes so far cast were actually to (via the comments in the team thread?). I guess the guys will have to wait until Tom and Marcel have voted though until the move can finally be made...or the band cleared in Crossover should they both happen to vote 'yes'.
