Atonal Blus is a five piece band from Reykjavik. In January 2014, they released a full-lenght debut album. Atonal Blus are undoubtedly oriented to avant, and i suggested them for PA Avant Prog section due to odd time signatures.

Yeah - I also believe this band belongs on the site, but I wouldn't really class them as Avant Prog. A lot of this material would fall more in line with Crossover Prog imho. Only occasional snatches of their music drift into Avant territory imho, but it's definitely prog, and a good album too. Their facebook is a complete waste of time though - no biographical info whatsoever, and just the same post (a link which takes you to the bandsintown.com site) over and over again. I think we might struggle big time getting a bio put together for these guys, unless you have more info to hand, that is. Embarrassed

Edit: Their name has special characters in it, so your thread doesn't show up in google searches for the band - maybe you could edit it to read "Atónal Blús" rather than Atonal Blus?
