None and none. I have a general dislike of the genre.

The Omen is also one of my favourites.

Prog fans should check out Dario Argento's horror/suspense films like Profondo Rosso, Suspiria, Inferno, Tenebre and Phenomena with breathtaking scores by Goblin and Keith Emerson (Inferno). These films are also among my very favourites. Argento was strongly influenced by Mario Bava, whose films I also recommend.

Other favourite horror directors are David Cronenberg (Rabid, Videodrome, Scanners, The Brood, The Fly), John Carpenter (Halloween, The Thing).

Clive Barker's Hellraiser.

Full Circle by Richard Loncraine is also a nice horror film with a beautiful prog-like score by Colin Towns.

Another of my favourites is Murnau's classic vampire film Nosferatu.

I strongly recommend The Wicker Man by Robin Hardy (not the Nicolas Cage remake) with a great performance by the late Christopher Lee, though it is IMO not a horror film. I mention it because it is often referred to as a horror film.

Probably my favourite flick when I was a child LOL Excellent cast, morose atmosphere, scary soundtrack, it's still one of my fav horror films ever.

Also I'd like to mention Don't Look Now, Das Cabinet Des Dr. Caligari, Jacob's Ladder, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. There's a lot horror movies I adore, mostly psychological & surrealist horror. Not a fan of slasher films.

Werner Herzog's interpretation of Nosferatu is the most beautiful Gothic film I've ever managed to see:

Great new interpretation, though Herzog's admiration of the original is unmistakable, he creates beautiful new scenes like the "plague in Wismar" sequence. Also a great cast with Klaus Kinski, Isabelle Adjani and Bruno Ganz.

By the way, Herzog's best (though not a horror film) in my opinion is "Aguirre, der Zorn Gottes" with one of Kinski's most brilliant and scariest performances.

The scores by Popol Vuh are also notable for prog fans.

^My favourite Werner Herzog movies are actually Stroszek and Fitzcarraldo Smile

As for Nosfersatu, Popol Vuh soundtrack is sublime. This is probably my second-best Florian Fricke record after Hosianna Mantra.

^I'm a huge fan of Edgar Wright, but somewhy never counted his flicks as horror even despite of some gory stuff.

28 Days Later... a strange but very cinematic blend of psychological/social drama with zombie horror. Action parts are very stylish and excellently performed.

There's a similar thread somewhere in which I've replied with Hellraiser or any of the Cronenberg movies, especially The Brood.
