I'm getting caned for constantly obsessing over Meshuggah so I've plonked on Floyd's Animals. Always a winner.....

Going to give Mogwai another try, a handful of years I tried to get into their music but it didn't really "click" yet despite finding plenty of things interesting about them.

I used to think this album's title was yet another example of Mogwai's penchant for goofy inside jokes but the music found within does contain more use of electronics than usual for the group's signature style. The cover art is also very apt, many of the tracks feel like they could be used in the soundtrack for a retro science-fiction film.
