Great album. In first meet , it's not catch me but after more listens its growing in my mind. Unfortunately some bands are underrated and I think Hands is a underrate band. They are technical musicians and their music is not boring . They use good range of instruments and styles. IMO they are closest to Eclectic than Symphonic. You can find many influenced moment in their music but their music isn't copy.
4 Star album IMO.

Thanks for your comments. Definitely an under rated band who need more exposure.

"You can find many influenced moment in their music but their music isn't copy. "

Just so.

One of best 2015 releases.

I agree, I hear Gentle Giant but not in a copycat way.

One of my favourite 2015. That instrumental track posted above is simply fantastic, which doesn't surprise me at all, as it was written by Mark Cook (also a member of Herd of Instinct and Spoke of Shadows).

YES. Both of Herd and Spoke are GREAT. Heavy Eclectic music.

AND I love the great "Djam Karet". I'm not sure but I think one member of Djam Karet be in Herd and Spoke

Gayle Ellett of Djam Karet played on both Herd of Instinct albums, and on one track of the Spoke of Shadows album. Moreover, both those bands are signed to Firepool Records, Djam Karet's own label.

If your talking about the band that released that album 77 - dont really rate it at all - no anger in it.

Read the thread title. Did you listen to this album? If the answer is no, then your opinion is useless.

I think you're talking about another band of the same name. The Hands we are discussing is this band: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=145.

that is a f**king great album..  if you trust Micky for anything (not your daughters orwives) but musically.. it has my 5 star seal of approval. I love this album... and especially  this song  which broke UT Gret's year long stranglehold as having my song of the day
