I hated it at first and then came to love a lot of songs from this transitional album. What do think of Marillion.com?

Was the '.com' a sort of thing in the 90's for prog bands? First we got J-Tull Dot Com, then we got this 2 months later.

Good point. I must say Marillion's probably my least favorite of the neo-prog bands. Perhaps I'll make a poll for neo prog bands.

EDIT: I forgot about Pendragon.

`.Com’ is a pretty decent album, doesn't have much of the rambly, mumbling tracks that clog up some of their more recent albums! I think `Anoraknophobia’ and `Marbles’ are far superior, but it has a nice selection of longer ambitious pieces like `Interior Lulu’ and the opener, cool low-key trip-hop on the moody `House’ (that’s how I remember it anyway!) and the poppier stuff like `Deserve’ and `Tumble Down the Years’ are really focused and melodic. The less said about `Built In b*****d Radar’ the better, though!
