Darkwood Dub is a band from Belgrade. They are the best dub band in Europe.

Definitely Scratch and Tubby, specifically start with Perry and his Upsetters' 14 Dub Blackboard Jungle (which features Tubby) if you haven't already; some other classic and important dub records to listen to include:

King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown - Augustus Pablo and King Tubby
Revolution Dub - Lee Perry and The Upsetters
Super Ape - The Upsetters
Black Foundation In Dub - Errol Thompson and King Tubby
King Tubby's Lost Treasures - King Tubby
Scientist Meets The Space Invaders - Scientist
Scientist Rids The World of The Evil Curse of The Vampires - Scientist
Dub Me Crazy - Mad Professor

Thank ye merry gentlemen. Also, who are maybe some newer artists who take the genre further?

Sun Araw. He has done some very interesting takes on dub infusing it with modern electronics, space rock and noise. His collab with M. Geddes Gengras & the Congos called 'Icon give thank' is a wonderful spin on the old school dub style.
For a more 'out-there' album of his (again a collab though this time with Eternal Tapestry) try out Night Gallery.

Almost forgot about Easy Star All-Stars dub version of Dark Side Of The Moon. Such a charming little album - and one that'll sneak it's way down your girlfriend's trousers too.

In a similar vein you'll find High Tone's Acid Dub Nucleik.

Oh and how about a little math rock with your dub? Here's Dub Trio's Another Sound Is Dying.

Easy Stars also do a great version of OK Computer called Radiodread. Speaking of math rock, some post-rock bands dabble in dub once in awhile like Tortoise, HiM, Fridge, Pivot, Do Make Say Think, .O. Rang and Battles.

Thanks for reminding me of O.Rang DarrylThumbs Up
I always gravitate towards the post rock bands that infuse a bit of Kraut or psych into the mix - like Cul de Sac and Kammerflimmer Kollektief fx.
So naturally I've been meaning to check out O.Rang.

Bill Laswell (featured on PA in various constellations) has also made a few noteworthy dub releases.

Great music for space tobacco and sofas.
