Yes: The "ahhhhhh ahhhhhhhh" in "Close to the Edge"
Genesis: The ending in "The Musical Box"
Pink Floyd: The laughter in "Brain Damage"
Queen: The bicycle sounds in "Bicycle Race"

I shook my head and smiled a whisper knowing all about the place

The mid section to Paatos' Sensor where the drums and mellotron do this beautiful duet together. Feels like beams of light shooting down from the heavens. Spinetinglingly gorgeous.

The 'Hhhhrrraaargk ffleuhhh!' spitting segment in Metallica's Harvester Of Sorrow followed by a deep Manly 'AAAAAALLL have said their prayers' (Binge & Purge; Mexico City).
Gotta love James Hetfield back when he lived off vodka and beers.

So many, that I'm just going to mention two bands.
From Yes:
And You And I - Bass+triangle=heaven
Sound Chaser - CHA-CHA-CHA-CHA-CHA
TGOD - The beautiful cymbals that act like wind chimes in the beginning
The Ancient - Roundabout hint
From Genesis:
Supper's Ready - The whistle and bang, "Fly away you sweet little thing", and "A Flower?"
Moonlit Knight - The first 1:20
Lamb Lies Down on Broadway (Seconds Out) - Collins' addition of three extra 'downs' sounds so perfect
In The Cage - "In the CAEEEEEEEEEEEGE"

There is no dark side in the moon, really... Matter of fact, it's all dark...

"I'm Going Slightly Mad" - Queen
Roger Taylor's drumming getting sightly louder as the song goes and the little sound effects you can barely hear in parts.

"World Of Pain" - Cream
When Eric Clapton goes into the guitar solo, the tone almost matches the tone of Jack Bruce's voice to the point where it sounds like Bruce's voice is turning into the guitar.

"Let Us Prey/Call For The Priest" - Judas Priest
A similar effect that happens in "World Of Pain" also occurs here.
He looks at this world and wants it all... so he strikes, like Thunderball!

In the intro of Talk Talk's "I Don't Believe In You" you hear something that sounds like a harp, followed by some kind of an electric violin/guitar "screeching" sound. So f$%king cool.

The mix of vocal parts with different dynamics but coinciding words in the middle of Patti Smith's "Land" sounds like something from the hypnagogic stream of consciousness.

Yes.
