It's the best of the 'middle period' when Belew joined  but no where near their best imho....but then I started from the very beginning with them in late 69 early 70...so I'm biased to the earlier albums.

Yes the OP left off all of the  'big' hits' that most people like......
 
Fracture is a great 'song' but it's too 'fractured' for me.
