Led Zeppelin II because it's the most quirky. Plus, Living Loving Maid is awesome.

Well I'd have to say LLM is the least best track on the album but I still love the whole thing, the first real rock album I ever bought.

Led Zeppelin II, but what got me everytime I hear the album is Ramble On and Bring It on Home... always.

For me, Led Zeppelin IV is the best album ever made, prog or non-prog, rock or non-rock, 1900's or 2000's.

for some reason i voted for II, should've been IV to be quite honest, despite it being not as consistent as say the former or III (the most consistent of their releases only behind HotH, my personal favorite) Whoopsy, daisy!

III has always been my favorite. After the first four albums I drifted away from the band.

II. I was listening on my bed to "Thank You" looking out to the clouds on a sunny day. I saw a small black craft shoot into a cloud... And didn't come out the other side! Just as the final organ stab happened. So that's my choice settled then!

I impulsively chose I on the strength of Dazed and Confused, my favorite single song in the first four albums. I took another look, shocked that nobody else picked this selection. On a closer look, Dazed is still my favorite song and it blinded me to realizing that this is probably the weakest of the first four albums. It's still hard to choose, because, to my ears, they all have strong and weaker tracks.
If choosing again, it would be II-IV-III-I

More heavy prog, please!

Hmmm ... 'Out on the Tiles', 'Since I've Been Loving You', 'Gallows Pole', 'Celebration Day', 'Bron-Y-Aur Stomp', 'I. Song', 'Friends'. Least amount of overexposure, most fun atmosphere, original and least derivative, and neat-o rotating cover. What are you people, nuts? Led Zeppelin lll .

Don't think I can pick any more, love them all. If forced, these days I would go with David. III
