Topic: Genesis - Mary, Mary from Happy the Man Posted: November 04 2015 at 21:59 |
Contrary to popular belief, the song Mary, Mary as it appears on the Happy the Man bootleg is not by the briefly existent American band called Genesis. Don't take my word for it though. Listen to the track by the American Genesis for yourself.

So, the old question remains . . . Who is performing the song Mary, Mary as heard on Happy the Man?

That's odd: contrary to popular belief, American band Happy the Man did not take their name from the Genesis single of the same name.

That's a bit off topic. However, I'll say that I spoke to Kit Watkins, of Happy the Man, about 20 years ago.
That said, let's stick to the topic.

You're right, I feel bad about the whole thing.
