I've heard of only two bands from the poll (Pan.Thy.Monium and Arachnoid, I don't listen to either anymore).

I voted for Balocchi, great album. Island and Arachnoid are also good. I don't know the others.

Didn't listen to most of those, but Il Paese dei Balocchi is pretty good.
I shook my head and smiled a whisper knowing all about the place

Only one I've heard is Carmen. Time to whip out some more music!

I know 5 of these but it's between Il Paese dei Balocchi and Carmen. David Allen's riveting flamenco rock eccentricities on the guitar swings it the American way. Every bit as good as Fandangos in Space imo - personally I've always considered these two critters joined at the hip - one big mother.

^IMO, In Space should be at least in the top 100 of all time. What a beautiful album of perfection.

Like I said before, I really can't pick one over the other. There is one thing that Fandagos has got that Dancing hasn't, and that's a killer cover art. Dancing's is terrible!.....but the feel and sound of both albums very much mimic each other. A sneaky double album is what it is.

Il Paese Dei Balocchi. First album I bought in my second life of vinyl collector. There are three in that list I've never heard of.Embarrassed
