You already know of Dhafer Yousef (Tunisia), but I think you'll want to start with Abu Nawas Rhapsody (from 2011, I think).
You also know of trumpettist Eric Truffaz  (Switzerland) - he plays in the BUGE YT clips you posted

Ibrahim Maalouf (Lebanon)

Illusion (2013) is his best (and rockiest) album, though the two he released simultaneously in Sept 2015 and both will be in my top 5 jazz of 2015.

Tigran Hamasyan (Armenia)

Mockroot (2015 as well) is his best album, IMHO

Now all these guys are hanging on the French jazz scene and often cross path on stage just like
here

But if you want to try something more Trane-like, try Kamazi Washington (he's Alice Coltrane's nephew) and he's just released (well end of May of...  2015, again!!! LOL) the awesome triple disc (almost four hours of music)  The Epic, where you'll hear Alice, John Archie (shepp) Pharoah (Sanders) McCoy Tyner, the whole thing over Santana-rhuthms... Really impressive
