they are a good group but their albums are somewhat inconsistent IMO.  4:45 AM is on my list of albums to review.

Aha! Deandob, you know and like them for real I see Big smile! I do too, infact my favourite track of theirs from Sudden Walks is Mariachi, this is so different, weird, awkward but very magnificent really. Thumbs UpApprove

They are a brilliant band consisting of 6 band members.
Here is an interesting fact for you maybe, Sebastian Vergara is the vocalist in Aisles, his brother is the guitarist, however German Vergara sang a duet with Sean Filkins (Former Big Big Train vocalist) on a Corvus Stone track, the great thing about this is that Sean sang in English and German sang in Spanish both o the same song as a duet.
It's so good, different but seriously good, have a listen for yourself, here is the listening link, fast-forward the 14min plus track to were German starts singing around 11.28min. Have a listen you'll love his Spanish vocals really, his tune and warm tone of voice :)
He bounces to the guitar tune here: https://mrrcorvusstone.bandcamp.com/track/moaning-lisa

hugs,
Sonia

Kenethlevine, I think their mastering process might be the cause, different on every album. These guys are excellent, but I too agree with what you said there.

Tongue at you Kati!  The new one definitely has some good songs.  I listened to it quite a bit a few months back and am now motivated to go back.  The songs that deandob posted from the first album are beautiful beyond words;  I just wish they did that more consistently.

I had no idea they toured North America as I would have liked to have seen them.  Let's all write reviews of 4:45 AM and then post them at an agreed upon date and time;  we will flood out that nasty buckethead once and for all!

Thank you Kati for the links - I do like the Mariachi track, seems I skipped over that when first listening to the In Sudden Walks album.

Keneth, I agree with you they have some brilliant tracks but aren't consistent. The tracks I posted above are some of my favourite prog tracks and get a regular listen. I will have another listen to 4:45am.

agreed deandob (my first name is Ken btw)
The softer tracks have that "latin romance" thing going that I can't get enough of

I had copies of a few of the tracks from various  compilations.  Nice to have the whole album now.
