Most of you have probably heard at least one of these; few of you have heard all them.

I know 'em all. I've swung with the best. I would like fries with my order of Eskaton.

I know five of these. I bought California two weeks ago, knowing only one song from it, and it was really surprising. Voted for that one

YS over 4 Visions and Dark Magus. Three five star albums in my world. I could spend all day listening to those three. Edited by Mellotron Storm - December 28 2015 at 12:50

Eskaton for me as well, though all the albums on this list are interesting as far as I am concerned.

nuts... I wish I had remembered California when I placed that album order earlier this morning. Next one I suppose. lots of great ones there.. but only one that could be considered among the handful of greatest prog albums ever made.

^ Which one are you referring to, micky? YS, I presume.
Haven't heard Dark Magus , Stand By or P re-Emptive False Rapture , but the rest are all great. Wouldn't want to see Tortoise' Standards without a vote, so it got mine.

Surreal, eclectic, and experimental within a tangle of musical and vocal styles ; I had to go with Mr. Bungle - California - Love this album and band -

I looked back and realized that your choices all came from your top 200 list. I'll give another vote to the torts.

Actually the Davis one isn't there cuz it's a live album, but otherwise I would be surprised if my 'should have' poll wasn't included entirely in my top 200. Shows I'm honest.
