Maroon(ed) is a 6-piece Spanish prog band formed in 1995, when they started to play live. the members are Javier Rellan (voice), Luis Acevedo (guitars), Javier Bootello (guitars), Cesar Armenta (keyboards), David Pavon (bass guitar) and Javier Ponton (drums). the full bio of the band you will find at their Facebook page. they released three full-lenght albums, "Lewis Sandman Dick's Introspective Experiences" which was originaly released as a cassette in 1998, a mostly live recorded / demo album "The Dream Reaver Preview" in 2002, and finally their great prog-rock opera with a storyline of "someone incapable of dreaming, but capable of entering into the other's dream" was completed, entitled "The Dream Reaver" & released in 2013. i suggested Maroon(ed) to the PA' Neo Prog department due to the influence of 80s Neo Prog bands.

Good find! Thumbs Up

Maroon(ed) on The Spanish Rock Encyclopedia: http://www.dlsi.ua.es/~inesta/Prog/SPE/marooned.html.

An older live performance which included the whole of the Dream Reaver album from 2006:

Let's hope the Neo team respond - it seems they may no longer be using progfreak, and apparently have some new members according to a post by rushfan4 yesterday in another Neo Prog suggestion, but I'm not sure what the position is with them at all. Ermm

^It's been a turbulent time in the Neo Team, comings, goings, family bereavements, problems with Progfreak.....  However we are now three again.  Hopefully Progfreak problems behind us and Maroon(ed) ready to be evaluated.

^ And then there were three... Wink

Any further update on the Neo team situation? It certainly looks as though they are Maroon(ed) somewhere...Nothing seems to have happened at all this year - with any suggestion, or move from another sub - since this band was added to the progfreak chart in February. Ermm
