intro & question

Hi.

Glad to be a part of this number.

Love the site.

 

Getting old, or something, so mellowing my tastes and prefer psychedelic instrumental

stuff over anything else these days.  Kinda giving up on Tool finally releasing another disc,

though similar attempts at recreating their sound interest me:  Karnivool, Battling Delirium,

Deftones, Earshot, Rishloo, and some others that aren't coming to mind (they all fail to duplicate

that Aenima/Lateralus) vibe, in my opinion).

 

Pink Floyd a personal favorite.

Of current bands, My Brother the Wind and Buckethead are near the top.

Also totally dig The Machine, Dunst, Leech, Tangled Thoughts of Leaving, Ampacity, Domo,

Dead Sea Apes, Sun of Man, The Vocokesh, Porcupine Tree, Krautzone, Grails, etc

 

I'm not sure where to post this question:

How can I get a listing of artists BY country?

I read somewhere that it was possible but can't find it now.

I've tried in the past--an just a few minutes ago--with no luck.

 

Thanks for having me.

The depth of value put into this site shows the extent of love for music that's out there.

And people think I'm crazy.

At least I'm not alone.

 

 

It should be out sometime this year.

To search for artists by country you can enter the country in the discography search bar and the first result should be 'search for artists from [country]'. I think there's another way to do that too because if there's a band named after a country the 'bands/artists from [country]' option doesn't always show up.
