I'm not overly hung up on the avatar, but I have noticed a disturbing trend in the silly story thread from time to time that makes me just want to nuke the whole site. I usually either go away for a few days or try and drive the language in a different, less uncomfortable, direction. But there are still some 12 year olds here no matter when they were born. While it's not my place or desire to apologize on behalf of my gender...please accept this apology for there lack of consideration.

I did not ask for censorship, just raised an objection to an offensive photo.  I don't think it's irrational for a feminist to be offended by a photo that focuses only on a woman's sexual identity, and exaggerates those features that men profess to find attractive.

You cant see the nipples in your wombat drawing either, but that doesn't mean that I don't find it particularly attractive or sexual.

By the way, I don't care for the image either, but when I've been concerned enough in such matters I have found that a private message to the person expressing your concerns goes a long way.
