Aqualung, followed by the two Yes albums and Meddle.

This is a tough one, but I just have to go with GG. Yes and Pink Floyd follow close behind though.

Pink Floyd are my favourite band, but I do consider The Yes Album to just shade it over Meddle

Caravan again. Been on a bit of a binge lately and those early albums of theirs are just so incredibly charming.

Mmmm such a close one, all are pretty much at the same level and are great albums but neither a masterpiece for me. I guess I go with Nursery Cryme.

I shook my head and smiled a whisper knowing all about the place

Nursery Cryme remains my favourite album of this period. I fell in love with it in 1977, and the love has never left me. Musical Box still has the ability to send shivers down my spine.

A tough call between Nursery Cryme and Aqualung. I went with Nursery Cryme.
