Difficult to say which I prefer more as both are like favorite Dutch uncles from my past. So pick it.

I think Dance on a Volcano, Entangled, and Mad Man Moon are among their best songs. Though in Genesis terms the rest is good (Squonk), average (Ripples, Robbery Assault & Battery) or even below average (A Trick of the Tail, Los Endos), it is overall a more remarkable album than Moonmadness, which is a beautiful, but not very memorable album to me.

Moonmadness is actually better than any Genesis album for me, though I love SEBTP, Foxtrot, Nursery Cryme and Trespass.

Trick is a very good album overall, though; however, Moonmadness is utterly sublime.

I'll vote Camel not only because I adore Moonmadness but also because I'm mad that Mirage isn't winning in my 1974 poll Tongue

This describes me as well. Both are excellent albums, but I have to go with my heart: Moonmadness.

Trick. Never liked Camel.

Two great albums indeed, but I'll go with Camel on this one. A band reaching greatness, and the other one trying to find a new identity. Not a hard choice for me, though I like A Trick of the Tail very much.

My fave era of Genesis was always 76-78.  So i'll take Trick (obviously) which I think was the top of the peak for Genesis.  (I still like Camel though.  Rain Dances is my fave there).

I'm thinking a lot of the love for Camel is from people who know what they are singing about, that it is in some part a vocals/lyrics band.  Some of us are partly dyslexic and while it's great to read lyrics, its harder to just understand what is being said sometime without lyric sheets.
