Pekka Pohjola!

Or of those listed, Martin Turner, mainly out of nostalgia for my days as a schoolboy Ash fan.

Crucify me, but seriously - PETER CETERA. Spend some time with Chicago VII and you'll hear quite an accomplished Jazz-Rock bassist, not a pop-singer...........
........and from this list - Martin Turner for sure.
you bravity earns you a medal, Cetera is a beast on bass on Chicago V d earlyer. i like hes vocals too

also Dee Murray of Elton band is hugly overlooked
Hey, I like Pete's vocals - I should of said, " not just a singer with a great voice "........
Dee cooks on that live EJ performance from '70, almost fusiony at some points !!

Well, he is a bassist, and we never really talk about him
Mind, his playing on Hell Awaits is excellent.
