Well, what can ya say? Giants absolutely could've won, but they just flat out blew it.
Those drops...killers, and that hail mary TD. Total momentum killer. How do SO many teams not get you don't let the WR behind you?? If you all cluster in front of the guy, he's still openLOL
And DRC going down hurt us. I find it no coincidence after he got hurt, the secondary didn't look quite the same.

But yeah, they were terrorizing Rodgers for 29 minutes. 4 sacks in 1.25 quarters, pressure on seemingly every play, so many fast hits tight coverage, was a beautiful site. But you can only keep Rodgers around for so long....Odell and co are gunna hear about this game all offseason and next season long, and rightfully so!

That's what really stings, that defense was great. I'd say SB cailber. And I fear it wont be the same next year. Even if they keep every player and many are young, ya know humans are not madden players...injuries, just I know it won't be quite the same and that pains me.

^ Yeah, shame about the gmen. But they did better than I thought they would this year so overall not too bad. If that offense can work itself out I'd feel good for 2017.

WHAT. A. GAME.

And, of course, the Packers would be the first road team to win in the playoffs.  I'm rooting for them next week in the hopes that my Lions joojoo rubs off on them.

Well, obviously happy the Cowboys lost, so now I officially don't care what happens from this point. Long as someone can beat the Pats (I don't think anyone in the AFC will) I am happy without any care to who.
But guess I'm pulling for the Packers for a variety of reasons.

Looking forward to tomorrow's slate of games...shouldbe good. Tough call in the NFC, as the game will probably come down to who has the ball last. AFC seems to be the Pats to lose...though the steelers can be dangerous.

I'll say:
Packers
Patriots

Yikes were those games sh*t.

Really hope the SB can buck the trend and be a good game.

Yeah, this has been the worst playoff season I can ever remember personally.

Well, I said with the Giants (specifically their defense) out the Pats are gunna win the SB. I still think so, not sure Atlanta has what it takes, but I am rooting for them. Not just to beat the Pats, but gotta love the underdog story.

Hopefully will be an interesting game. On paper a shootout, in reality the Pats defense will probably shut em down and Brady & co will be unstoppable.

Just now getting time to post on the crappy, unprepared Steelers performance against the Pats.  I did not expect them to win, but at least show up.  I think it is time to rethink Tomlin's philosophy as well, seems to be undisciplined on and off the field.  Now Big Ben is sending out vibes of frustration, not too off the wall with his age creeping up there.

I think this year was the worst playoff games ever, with only 1 1/2 game being interesting.

Just hope the Super Circus Bowl is good, not sure who I am for yet.  Someone to derail Brady and Co., or see the evil empire rule over Goodell's world....

I'd like to see the Falcons win.  I don't think they've ever won a Super Bowl or NBA championship.

I just want a good, close game (like everybody else), but I'm feeling kind of petty these days and I'm not sure I want to see another team win their first Super Bowl before the Lions. LOL

Oh yeah, I want badly, so badly, for Atlanta to win.

Not happening
ALL season long I said Pats were taking it all. And the Giants were the only team that COULD beat em (not saying would) so with them out...no way
And people keep saying on paper it's a shootout. Its like no one has seen the Pats LOL it'll be like 17-13. Their defense is largely "no name" but damn solid, I want a close game and hope it will be but I'd not be surprised to see NE win easily.

Yeah f**kin Brady and Bill #5 it'll be :(
I pray I'm wrong

WOW

Well, still a half to go and we all know what the Pats are capable of. But 21-3 with Atlanta getting the ball back? Certainly as good a start as they could hope for, and that defense...holy sh*t they're killing it. Brady already looks rattled.

Psh, Atlanta was going to score. The question was always whether they could stop the Patriots' offense. Still 21 minutes for Brady to put up 28 more-- that would hit the over/under and spread exactly.

//EDIT: And with the ping off the upright, that amusing possibility is dashed. Man With Hat's prediction is looking more feasible now, though!  Tongue

wow, that was awesome.  Brady is like watching Montana all over again.  They can make it all look so easy.
