I not seen it posted elsewhere here so apologies if someone already posted it.

Welsh keyboard player Phil Ryan died at his home in Denmark (moved there in the 1980s) but toured with the Man band right up till his death.  He also played keyboards with Prog rockers The Neutrons and also poet Pete Brown.

He died on the 30th April.

Born in Port Talbot , Wales in 1948 he played in many local bands in the 1960s and early 1970s, and eventually Welsh psych/prog group Man in 1972 playing on albums like Be Good to Yourself at Least Once a Day (1972), The Welsh Connection (1976) and Back into the Future (1973).

Phil also played with The Neutrons in the mid 1970s and around this time Pete Brown.

He moved to Denmark and got married to his Danish wife until her death. Phil also been touring in recent years with the Man band too last album he recorded with them Reanimated Memories (2015).

Phil Ryan (1948-2016)

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

sh*t! Ouch not really an 'all's well that ends well' case ...
I adore his contributions to 'Be Good To Yourself ...' and 'Back Into the Future' (will listen soon in memory)

Ciao Phil
