This one is harder as I love all three but do rate those ADII and ASH RA TEMPEL albums higher than FAUST's debut.
I have to say Tanz Der Leminge and Ash Ra Tempel have to be right near the top of my favourite Krautrock releases so I could probably flip a coin. I'll listen instead, a good excuse and return later.

I might vote for Ash Ra Tempel's debut, but not sure either.
I listened to Tanz der Lemminge recently, Ash Ra Tempel is on my list too.
