ahhh huh... something when the urge hits you... like having this song come on.. you stop what you are doing..

and just dance man...  got a standing O from the work crew today.  Mick make have mouth.. but he got moves as well

damn right it was...

todays fav of the day.. a recent thread inspired me to grab the White Album on the way out the door and listen to that and gravitated to Revolution 9.   and again and again.. and again..  make that at last count 7 times in a row I listened to that on the drive to work this morning.   

if one could point to one thing.. one single thing that exemplifies the utter brilliance of that group. I would say it was that.. they and perhaps only they could make that crazy avant sh*t sound downright melodic memorizing and at times.. stunningly and surrealistically beautiful.

For some reason this song has been going through my head in the past few minutes. Maybe because I was thinking of it yesterday and playing it on youtube. It's also a song that has me trying to figure out if it's prog or not. Typically most people wouldn't probably consider it as such but for some reason I do. That song is "green eyed lady."

got to give out to this gem.. got off work and was feeling as mean as a rattlesnack.. pissed at pretty much everyone.  Trump for being the pathetic excuse for a human being he is... myself for .. being myself.. my boss for being himself and my crew for being what they are.. a bunch of kids.

oh.. and it was f**king HOT today.  So I hopped into the death machine and left a trail of rubber and cloud of smoke as a I left and I turned up the CD player and what did I have in there.. ahhh.. and which song came up.

by the time the song was over.. I was chill brother...  thinking not about murder death kill.. but happy thoughts with a big smile on my face.
