No.  There is a metalmusicarchives and a jazzmusicarchives but at this time there isn't a rockmusicarchives.

MMA does cover hard rock and proto-metal however ie Hendrix, Zeppelin, Kinks or any early rock band that had a connection to metal and all hard rock no matter which era but no Elton John, Eric Clapton or the mellower rockers

Too bad. I like the layout here so much more than sites like rate your music or allmusic. There's a lot of good music out there that's almost progarchives material but not quite, but that's another topic..
