Hi, how are you guys doing?

I'm looking for the name of a song that I've heard sampled on this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0F93KnsYaI (the vocal part that appears around 0:38 and 1:34). I came here because it sounds like a folk / prog song sample, and maybe someone could help me to figure out. As far as I know, the sample is not submitted at WhoSampled.com (only the instrumental part that comes from Cvartetul de Jazz Paul Weiner's 'Cautari').

Any kind of help will be appreciated. Smile

Other than maybe Robert Wyatt moaning I can't place it; what makes you think it's a folk/prog sample, or a sample at all ?
