Let me suggest you a 1990s German group Attempt to Restore for Krautrock. They only released one CD in 1993 called Alpha Collection 1. Basically it's members of Tiger B. Smith (the '70s band) playing old-school Krautrock that not too terribly different from the likes of Guru Guru, Ash Ra Tempel, Cosmic Jokers, etc. Had Ohr existed in 1993, this album probably would have been at home on that label. Instead it was released on CMV. As far as I know, there didn't appear to be a lot of '90s German acts playing music like this (I could be wrong), so I'm glad there was Attempt to Restore. Although with a title like Alpha Collection 1, you'd think they'd release a bunch more in the series, this was their only release. The CD consists of three long cuts, which are largely improvised. Music is basically guitar, keys, bass, and drums.

Here's how they're like:

What do you think? It does have all the elements of classic '70s Krautrock despite being a 1990s recording. It's very obscure, it's probably why this group has never been brought up, as far as I can tell, here on Prog Archives.

Sorry about the YouTube post, but at least someone found an alternative. I didn't realize the video was blocked in Germany as I live in America, because I'd like everyone to be able to hear it.
