Name of Avant garde Seattle based Band/performance

Hi

I use to have the recordings of a Seattle based avant garde (quasi rock /quasi industrial) musical/performance group
with a japanese lead vocalist.
When my hard drive died I lose all of them.
I can not recall their name.
Edgy music.
Does anyone have an idea the name of the group
Ill know it when I see the name.
