What do you like NO? Joy Division always been much bigger to me, but NO`s disco is the only disco that I can listen. Brotherhood & Technique are my faves.

Did you listen to the bonus EP as well? It's much better than the album, in my opinion.

I haven't listened to New Order nearly as much as Joy Division but I'd say I prefer New Order for now considering they have at least 4 albums ranking from good to great  whereas Joy Division has only one truly great record (albeit a very special one) apart from some good bits here and there. I really like PC&L and Technique along with Movement and Low-Life. I'll have to check out Brotherhood.

No full albums today - but dipped into the Joe Bonamassa back catalogue before seeing him tonight. A professional enough concert, but this is the 4th time I've seen him and he's become slicker and less impressive every time - not enough classic blues rock songs tonight. Gone are the days when he played A New Day Yesterday, Starship Trooper, Just Got Paid and Walk in My Shadow! Following Clapton down the road to blandness. Hopefully BCC can keep his rock spark glowing over the next few years.

I didn't even know there was a bonus EP for the Jose Cid album! Guess I'll have to do some investigating.

As for Astrodome, the fact that I'd seen you mentioning it a whole bunch is actually one of the main reasons I decided to try it out. Can't say I liked it too much, unfortunately; plenty of fantastic musical ideas, but I found the production to be overly heavy so I couldn't really bring myself to enjoy it, much as I would have liked to. There seem to be a lot of modern psychedelic bands where that's the case for me.

Just two albums for today:

Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Deja Vu

You propably know that Joy Division officially released only two albums (Still is compilation of singles, outtakes and one live performance) so you can say you like Joy Division more, because you like half of their albums LOL. Anyway I think both Unknown Pleasures and Closer are masterpieces, when New Order haven´t made any, that I think to be masterpieces.

Brotherhood has lots in common with Technique. I really love the songs, where are "real drums". I haven´t listened as much their later albums than their eighties albums, but anyway I like all their albums. Also Music Complete was really great suprise, one of the greatest albums of 2015.

Miles Davis - Kind of Blue (you got me diving to my jazz collection FZ, after I saw your Miles Smiles mention )
