Great that you dug it, man. See if you can hear the original version with the female vocalist (no idea if it's on Youtbube or not)...although the instrumental version takes it to a new level. That Present album is incredible too....an absolute personal favourite. Going to spin it right now (and adding it to my list below because it will be the last thing I listen to tonight!  Ha, were you able to track down an LP of that Mildlife album?
Hooray, the link in my Add of their Archives page finally fixed up! That’s a very fine album, mate, I’ll be buying it pretty shortly. It's been probably four years since I last heard it a couple of times and I still remembered a lot from it. I really like the album, it's more diverse than the debut, although that one is quite special as well, with the evergrowing tension that never gets released. There are a few copies on Discogs, although I'm trying not to buy more records for a while. I still have a pile of new additions and the Psych festival is getting nearer and the pile will certainly grow some more. I really enjoy the album though. That's great.
