The mayor is giving dinner to the officers’ wives
His eldest son is learning how to fawn
The barrack block is hushed and tense
The soldiers drawing lots
Who will be the hangman in the dawn?

Ha, guess what, Tymon? I was in a bad mood flat out at work, I'm very stressed at the moment with a health issue, and I'm currently on nightshift so my body clock is all out of whack, and both of those crazy schizophrenic albums that I usually dig very much drove me up the wall!!

So I'll have to give them a fresh listen when things are a bit more settled!
Oh I'm sorry to hear that, Michael. I hope the source of the stress and the stress itself will fade away quickly. For now, I hope you find comfort in the music, perhaps with less schizophrenic selections than these. LOL Get well!

Not a lot of music listening due to work hr load the last couple of days, but I am making the time I have count with these quality recordings.

Ministry-- In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up (Live 1990)
Metallica-- Black Album ( snare drum pop baby!! )
Paradise Lost-- Gothic ( a golden age album for great metal recordings)
Black Sabbath-- Vol 4. ( wheels of confusion. Underrated. )

Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

Milliontown - Frost*
The Storm - Karnataka
A Passion Play - Jethro Tull
The Ghosts of Pripyat - Steve Rothery
F.E.A.R. - Marillion
Inglorious - II
Black Sabbath - Sabotage

I continue to try to find the spark within A Passion Play that others love - but I still find it perplexing and inconsistent with excessive saxophone at times and little coherence. The third section at least is starting to sound okay to my ears at long last - but between Thick as a Brick and Minstrel in the Gallery it is a curious beast.
