It sounds too close to the original for me. I can't stand the original now. Canadian radio killed that song for me as well as these songs:
Closer To The Heart The Spirit Of Radio Limelight Freewill Time Stand Still I don't ever, ever want to hear those songs again in my entire life ever again. Ever. I like these covers better: |

Not for me. The drums are annoying and predictable and unsuitable for the rest of the arrangement which sounds quite close to the original. Death metal drumming for the sake of it over a melodic Rush song. Can't see what they were trying to do really apart from prove they could cover a Rush song. |

It's absurd and I kinda like it (and I hate viking rock ), though the beginning sounds like Conan music -

These drummers are going to find themselves having problems later in life. Of course most of these bands with the intense double bass drumming are young so we have yet to see a 'twilight of the gods' occur, but I submit they will struggle later in their careers - just ask Neil himself who's got arthritis himself (apparently).

It will never beat the version by Jacob Moon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4vd9OVLO7Q (I would imbed the clip but for some reason I can't) |

Yeah, that Jacob Moon cover is brilliant. The first one wouldn't play for me but it seems I'm not missing much. Lol.
