Thought I better do it, someone had too , those Prog Rockers with  Z names

Just for a lots of fun, nothing more, nothing less.

The "Z" list is an easy one, let's see how many you can do?Clap

From the list: John Zorn.
Outside the list: Zao and Zanov.
Categories strain, crack and sometimes break, under their burden - step out of the space provided.

I voted Zoltan for their `First Stage' album, now that is how you do a nice Goblin-influenced album and still sound like your own band, and the Tangerine Dream-like electronics mixed in are just the added gravy!

Bonus points for If-offshoot ZZebra, who's second album `Panic' is a personal favourite of mine. About two years ago I was at a local record fair and I noticed a guy looking at the LP, umming and ahhing whether to buy it or now, I went up to him and told him it was wonderful, explained the connection to If, etc, and he bought it. He said he'd let me know what he thought at the next fair he saw me at, but sadly I've never seen him again!

Zombi for me. Zomby Woof a close second. Not mentioned: Danish band Zaragon.

I'll show some solidarity and vote for Zingale, I think if it had a better sound quality more people would have liked it. Personally I think it's amazing as it is.
