Nobody knows if this is genuine at the moment, but Concord Records are a reputable company and apparently it's been confirmed as genuine. The picture appeared on a retailer's web site briefly before they took it down.

Personally I won't buy any of it until there is a DVD release.  I'm stubborn.  If she won't let her fans "see" the show via DVD, then I can live without hearing it.  Kate is a visual artist as well as music.

DVD? I'm waiting for the Blu-Ray. Still, if this is a genuine, good quality audio then I will buy it as I fear I may die of old age before the official Blu-Ray/DVD is released.

I hear you.  Just makes me irritable we can't get the '79 Tour or this one on DVD/BR.

By the way, the Mellow issue I reported earlier has been pulled down from their website.

Apparently HMV are accepting pre-orders (well, 2 people in the KB Facebook say they've phoned their local HMV and pre-ordered it) - Before the Dawn 3CD set at £19.99 or a 4LP set £75.99, CAT : 0190295920166.No sign of it on the HMV web site yet.

Apparently I'm not the only one!

I looked at the comments following the announcement and it seemed like 80% of them were bitching about the lack of a DVD/BR.

I just wish they'd communicate to their fans.  Obviously by this point in time she knows whether or not she plans to release a DVD.  Why would they not include a sentence about that issue?  I hate to be cynical when Kate is involved, but is it because if they announce a separate DVD/BR now, they know some people will hold off on buying the CD?

There are a lot of people waiting for a DVD (mainly those who didn't get tickets for the shows) and it's a shame that there's been no announcements either way. It's also puzzling that the live CD was announced on another site and appeared on Amazon Italy before Kate/FishPeople officially announced it.
Anyway, I've ordered the CD, just a few more weeks to wait now.
