Oranssi Pazuzu, Krallice, and Blut Aus Nord are fantastic. I love Deafheaven and Alcest too, but they might not be what you're looking for. The opposite of Deathspell Omega pretty much.
Check out Sigh (Imaginary Sonicscape), Liturgy (Aesthethica), and Gris (l'ame enflamee l'ame constellee) too.

I've checked Blut Aus Nord's debut, and it's only me or the production of this album is really hideous? it's worse than Transilvania Hunger, it appears to be REALLY cool with these atmosphere going on in their debut, but the sound quality it's simply UNLISTENABLE, i hope that my music file is bad, but i'm gonna see their other albums, as to Sigh, Oranssi Pazuzu, Krallice, they are superb! i really like their sound!, and i'm gonna to dig these other bands too thanks!

Also, a note about prog black metal bands:
Many of their first 1 or 2 albums pretty much suck because they'll start out doing the extremely standard black metal stuff. Lo-fi darkthrone worship and sh*t... but the really good ones soon progress into stranger territory. It really is a genre that seems to allow for a lot of exploration.
