Whilst we're here, do we all prefer marmalade or jam on toast ?
A question of equal relevance.

The song about the TVR.

Man oh man! No love for Rush in this thread, eh?
Methinks perhaps a different choice of Rush tunes could have yielded something closer to even results. |

As a slightly older pal of mine, who bought one as soon as he could afford it in the eighties, said: "It felt pretty good driving down the Kings Road smiling at all the girls. Until I stopped at a junction and the door handle fell off." Edited by Mascodagama - October 25 2016 at 14:13 |

My Chimaera doesn't have door handles. It has buttons under the wing mirrors. Drives people completely mad trying to find out how to get in! Nothing falls off it - except when I got a corner a bit wrong (well a lot wrong really) and parked it sideways into someone's gatepost. Several things fell off it then. Sleeping in it would be .......problematic.

"In Rock" is my favorite Deep Purple album ( I give 4 stars !!! in my review), Moving Pictures isn't my favorite Rush album ( although... I give 5 stars !!!). Even so "Red Barchetta" is superior in my opinion !!!

Maybe Highway Star or Speed King versus Red Barchetta versus All Mixed Up by The Cars.
Can't think of anything else remotely like Child In Time. By anyone. Including Deep Purple. No, not the IGB. Purple have enough votes and I'm damned if I vote against either as they are both excellent in their own right. |
