Predominantly keyboards dominated and riven music with a strong attachment to symphonic music in general, but with certain arrangement and structural choices that more often than not doesn't find favor with the symphonic team here and thus is a more likely candidate for Crossover.

Most recent album is on Spotify

The latest album was featured on progstreaming.com in the latter part of March 2015...Surprised nobody picked up on it back then.

Here are four YouTube uploads for those who can't currently access spotify (they can also be accessed via the Lars Boutrup's Music For Keyboards official website: http://www.musicforkeyboards.com):

From the latest album "Small as a Ball":

From from the second album "The Symphonic Dream (2011)":

Also from "The Symphonic Dream":

And finally from the self-titled debut (2005):

"The Symphonic Dream" is also on spotify, but for those who can't use it some tracks from the earlier albums can be heard via myspace: https://myspace.com/musicforkeyboards/music/songs (a few of them are just short snippets of about a minute and a half, but there are plenty of full tracks too from "The Symphonic Dream").

Here's a somewhat condensed bio from reverbnation and facebook (link in o.p.):

"Over the years Lars Boutrup has played and worked with worldwide bands like Simcess, Big Bang, Evil Masquerade and Supernova along with studio recording and music composing. Additionally Lars Boutrup has composed the music and played to more than 200 hundred silent movie pictures in Denmark and Sweden. In between Music For Keyboards and The Symphonic Dream, Lars has recorded with Danish artists such as Baby Electric and Cleemann. Lars has also taken part in forming the new rock group Juruda Music and releasing their debut album The Magic Queen."

"On his first solo effort “Music for Keyboards“, it was Lars Boutrup playing it all, together with Fredrik Sunesen on the drums. On the second album “The Symphonic Dream” Lars has added 2 guest musicians. They are both bass players; Andreas S. Jensen best known from A Wonderful Garden and the London based electro duo Funktuary and Niels W. Knudsen best known from the progressive metal rock band Xcentrik. Once again Fredrik Sunesen adds his great drumming and performance to “The Symphonic Dream”.

A more thorough biography of Lars Boutrup's earlier years is available on cdbaby: http://www.cdbaby.com/Artist/LarsBoutrupsMusicForKeyboards, along with more short samples.

Good stuff! - Thanks for posting, Olav. Thumbs Up
