Amenophis and Ramses were both named after Egyptian Kings/Pharoahs but not sure exactly how much their music has to do with that overtly.

Mandalaband released 2 albums in the 1970s.  The mastermind was Davy Rohl who became an Egyptologist and released a couple more under the Mandalaband name in the 2000s.  Judging by the names and his involvement they must have some relation to Egypt
