Well I have at least a little something from everyone here... even Vdgg (a bootleg from the reunion in 2005). They have some fine music but alas the vocals still don't sit well with me.

Could be Marillion were it not for the act I think a lot of Fish Marillion. But not the other lot. More respected than anything else. I recall - was it here - a comparison between the polarities of Fish and Hogarth. One has a full head of hair, is short, looks good, sounds good and has boring lyrics. The other one is the complete opposite. Same backing band....

I even have an Opeth album (no cookie monster vocals). It's not actually a metal album either...

Damning with faint praise... Sure? Maybe Focus are popular and highly respected. Not too many vocals either. Not too many albums as well... Lucky I've a few good bootlegs...
