It would only be trolling if I believed anyone here was dumb enough to be provoked by it. 'Twas merely a humorous illustration of how pseudoscience can be used to twist any fact to make it fit a crazy idea.
What?

The Earth is clearly only 6000 years old. The 'alternative' evidence is overwhelming.

Dinosaur bones were placed here to test our faith, PMSL!

I despair.

Voted for option #2 because this comes a little closer. I may be wrong, but I was not there when Planet Earth was created.

Either way I am a creationist.

Crazy is the word I would use...........................6000 years LOL the aborigines have been in Australia for 40,000 years. Without to much effort I can see there is a problem here - all those cave painting they must have used an accelerant to greatly speed up the aging process- what I clever god ?????????????? I'll see if he can paint my car next week.....

Although this thread is focusing on the earth, one point that should be noted is that young earth creationists not only believe the earth is less than 10,000 years old, but also the universe. They are essentially challenging the laws of physics and reality.

I'm against the fatalist climate nutjobs, I'm against religious nutjobs as well.
If the Earth is 6000 years old, I'm Mary Poppins.
Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.
