Thrak or the Division Bell. I'd vote for both. The second has highlights and lowlights, but High Hopes is a masterpiece. The level of Thrak is constant instead.

However much The Division Bell is (I think still The Endless River is their best post-Roger album) it still isn't as exciting to listen to as THRAK.
"Umm... Pink Floyd never did 'exciting'!"
Well Pink Floyd used to make great sequenced albums, and King Crimson did that better in the Poll!

That said, I was really disappointed by "In The Hot Seat" as I remember "Black Moon" getting good "Hey this is OK, we should welcome them back!" from the media and record shops. But then I didn't find out about Keith's nerve problems.

1- KC - Great Album, 4 stars album
2 - Pink Floyd, 3 stars album, good album with an excellent song "High Hopes"
3 - Jethro Tull, 3 solid stars, they rock
4 - Genesis, 2 stars but the songs "Calling all the Stations" and "Alien Afternoon" are good tracks, "Congo" stinks a lot
125 - E.L.P. - In The Hot Seat, 1 star album, very poor album but at least we have "Hand of Truth" the only bearable song.
-90125 - YES - Open your Eyes, -90125 stars, an incredible stinky work, nothing memorable, nothing adventurous, predictable and bores me to death

Division Bell by a landslide. Thrak is mediocre at best, but DB is one of the best 90's comeback albums from a huge-name prog band.

I went with Pink Floyd's "Endless River vol. I". It is a great album, despite other folks' expectations. It warms up for a while, starts really from "Wearing the inside out" and the U2's "The Joshua Tree" style "Take it back", but then things are only getting better and better. Personally I think "Keep talking" is the strongest point of the whole album, leaving high hopes at the end. And what is also pretty important for many, there is no anti Semitic, spitting at fans, arrogant and selfish Waters here, whoop, whoop!

Just one question before I reveal my precious vote. What half sane person would vote for Calling All Stations? Yeah OK  I've had a rough day, I just have to get home and crack a beer and listen to Calling All Stations.

I had to go with Roots To Branches. For me Floyd were done with Animals. Went to see them on the Pulse tour and I dunno. How many lasers do I have to look at ? And the sound was the sh*ts. Just too goofy for me.

The Division Bell. Perhaps it's because I got into Floyd when this was already released, and it was one of the first albums I heard, so I didn't have much expectations from the band. As it is, it is my third favourite Floyd album... for me every song is wonderful. Still, The Endless River shows me that if they had mixed the music from what ended up in both albums, they could have done something even bigger and greater.

Roots to Branches
I received this album, a gift,  on cassette from my older brother, back when the album came out. I loved it. Still do.
