I still get one when I try to edit my profile although I can post without a problem now. It's probably IP based but also somehow semi-random(?).

Just performing a test on semi-randomness. Here is a picture of Alice:

Edit: I had to perform three tests (two by the former pic). It seems that even the number of tests is random.
After the first attempt I got the no-access message and I had to retry. The sooner the site gets rid of this crappy feature, the better will it please me Disapprove.

How about getting rid of it instead of testing?

Just what comes with the latest edition of Windows that I recently downloaded into this ancient cheap Dell, plus a free version of AVG.

Just edited my profile again, plus the above quotes brings the quote total to about 10, plus more posts etc. I started this thread because I wanted to see what the tests look like, but they just aren't happening for me.

...I guess it isn't that then. I bet you're using a prehistoric version of Windows, not 7 or 10 but XP perchance?
What?

No, I recently, or more accurately, a friend of mine recently downloaded 10 into this poor beast. We had to add 7 first to be able to add 10.
In retrospect I should have just bought a new computer that came with 10.

I just remembered my little sister gave me a newer Toshiba laptop that comes with Window 10 (I received it after I upgraded this one ).
I rarely use it and often forget I have it, but if I get some time later today, I will try it and see what happens.

Oh well, it's not that then either. There must be some reason to explain why some people get it and other's don't.

Posting with a Toshiba laptop now. Looks like the only security it has is what comes with Windows 10.
