Not much on YouTube for this artist:

A brief description of the music has been included as a review of the album on rateyourmusic by forum member ashratom: https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/falstaff/prononcez/, and it also appears on the CD Reissue Wish List blogspot: http://cdreissuewishlist.blogspot.co.uk/2009/11/falstaff-france.html:

"Light, easy going, instrumental symphonic rock. A little funk, and a little jazz to spruce things up. Recalls Camel, or perhaps more to the point, Rousseau's first two albums. The usual French compressed fuzz guitar sound, and a preponderance of Fender Rhodes helps matters. A harmless 35 minute ride, and not without its merits. Pick the LP up if you see it."

A1. T'as Qu'ŕ Voir (4:29)
A2. Sud-Sud-Ouest (2:28)
A3. La Marche des Gnômes (5:35)
A4. Keep Clean (4:25)
B1. Papaďgoulov (4:15)
B2. Köszönöm Viessendratasra ! (7:16)
B3. Faux zéro (5:35)
B4. Phloëme (4:03)

- Jérôme Halbout / percussion
- Stéphane Joly / keyboards
- Laurent Labouret / guitar
- Eric Mallet / bass

Pressed By – MPO
Recorded At – Studio Charlotte and Studio Solaris

Hmm...Might be worth sending some samples over to Iván for a quick listen first off?...Even though Proggnosis have them as a Zeuhl band: https://www.proggnosis.com/Artist/3624Embarrassed

I don't know what the hell Proggnosis is thinking, this is not Zeuhl.

Neither it is Symphonic.

Eclectic or Crossover IMHO

OK Alain,  we now have some guidance from a respected collaborator regarding a possible sub genre. Now we could really do with these sub genres being included in your topic title, so that the members of the two evaluation teams can spot the thread easily and check out the suggestion. Thumbs Up
